Your site does not have much information with regard to how to use the products you have advertised. Why is that?

For both space and sometimes legal reasons, we are unable to provide full descriptions of the way you may consume our products. Some of the products we sell are not sold for consumption purposes as well. However, feel free to call us at 1-800-625-8907 and we will always try to answer any question you have to our full ability. If we do not have any detailed information on how to use a product, feel free to give us a call. We are always happy to answer any questions you might have or direct you to where you could find the answers.

Are your products legal?

All the products we sell are legal in the form that they are sold to you within Canada and the USA. Some are not sold for consumption purposes but all are legal , If you are outside of Canada and the USA, check with us or at www.erowid.org for information on the legality of the substance in your country.

So which products would you recommend?

It is always difficult to recommend products to others as everyone’s taste is different. However, our best selling products are our Salvia Divinorum (Divine Sage), Amanita Muscaria (Fly Alga), Hawaiian Baby Woodrose (HBWR) and Lion’s Tail (Leonitus Leonus).

Some of your products are out of stock. When will they be back in stock?

We only buy high quality products and so, even though we often get offered products from various suppliers, we do not buy from all of them. We prefer to have a low quantity of extremely high quality products rather than a large quantity of varying quality products. If a product is out of stock, call in and we will try to give you the best estimate of when it will be in.

How will the charge show up on my statement?

What kind of shipping options do you have?

We only ship via USPS to make sure you get your order. We have found from experience that orders shipped using other methods are not efficient or effective and thus only ship via USPS

I made my order _ days ago. Why has it not shipped?

There are a variety of reasons why your order might not have shipped. The most common one’s are:

• Different shipping and billing information. If they are different, we will place an order on hold until we are able to verify if it is legitimate

• Shipped to PO box / APO address. Because we ship via USPS, we cannot ship to PO Boxes and APO addresses. In such cases, we try to contact the customer to get another address

• Overflow of orders. We sometimes do get an overflow of orders and have not been able to complete shipping for all our orders. We will try to get your order shipped out as soon as possible

What kind of packaging do you use?

All orders are shipped out in either a white UPS envelope or a plain brown box depending on the size of your order. The shipping information on the package will include your address, our return address of Herbal Life & Essence and there will be a short description of the contents for Customs purposes at the bottom.

How long does it take for an order to process?

Processing time for an order is normally 1-2 business days, though sometimes it can increase to 2-3 business days. This means that we do not include public holidays or weekends. If you need your order rushed through, call your order in before 12:00 noon PST at 1-800-625-8907

There was an error message when I tried to put my card through but you still charged it. Are you shipping my order?

The large majority of the time, once an error message is given when processing an order, we do not have your order in our files at all and will not be shipping your order. The charge on your card is actually an authorisation which will drop off within 24-48 hours (depending on your bank and the card processing system’s regulations). If you are still worried about the charge and the shipment, feel free to contact us and we can check our records.
